RESERVATIONS: Please have three (3) choice of travel dates to give to the agent when you call to redeem your certificate. Reservations are based on space availability and must be made at least 90 days in advance and can not be made more than 180 day in advance. Beginning January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport..  For more information please go to www./travel.state.gov/passport.

FEES: All taxes and fees have been paid by CAP.  Any additional fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or service charges that arise are the responsibility of the passenger.  All fees are payable by credit card ONLY and are NON-REFUNDABLE. One credit card per booking and must be in the name of one of the passengers or be a corporate card.

FCm BANNOCKBURN TRAVEL SOLUTIONS RULES & RESTRICTIONS: Original certificate must be redeemed at time of booking.  Photo copies are not accepted. Certificate is non-transferable (can not be given away) and can not be exchanged for cash. 

AMERICAN AIRLINES RULES & RESTRICTIONS: Roundtrip tickets can not be used separately. Passengers are not eligible for AAdvantage mileage credit or other AA promotional benefits. Travel during US holidays, high season and spring break are not permitted. Certificate is valid for travel on American Airlines and American Eagle only.  Codeshare flights are ineligible. *Reservations are for travel in First class/Business Class and are not exchangeable for a different class of service. Travel to and from Hawaii, Alaska, and Las Vegas are not permitted. American Airlines reserves the right to change blackout dates, embargo free travel, and change policies without advance notice.  Travel must be completed by expiration date.  Expiration date can not be extended.

Values is on average of random date selections. Values will vary depending upon actual booking dates. Only domestic sales and credit card payments will be accepted. Payment is to the CAP Foundation.  Auction payment not accepted from Donor Advised Funds.
