Two night stay at the Pier House vacation rental at Sargent Beach, Texas.

If you want to get away to the beach & completely unplug, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Avoid the crowds, fish from our amazing pier, watch the tug boats & pelicans. 20 minutes from Lake Jackson.

The island is so unique bc on one side of the street is the beach, and the other, the Intracoastal Waterway. So you have the best of both worlds. Watching the barges pass is a favorite pastime. We fish on the ICW and play on the beach.

Blackout dates include: weekends during summer break, all major holidays and days the home has already been booked.

Item Special Note

Voucher must be redeemed by 5/15/2020

Recipient must sign rental agreement and put down $200 refundable deposit to secure dates which will be returned after inspection of property for no damages after check out.

Maximum 8 people. No pets. No parties. No sub-lets. Cannot be resold.

All items MUST be picked up by Friday, May 3rd. We will have the following times available for item pick-up:
Friday, April 26th at 7:15 P.M. in the front office
Tuesday, April 30th from 10:50 A.M.- 1:30 P.M. in the front office
Wednesday, May 1st from 9:30- 10:30 at the Extended Day door.
