For more than 65 years, The Arc of Essex County has provided a full range of services, programs and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages and their families. Developmental disabilities include Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy and others. We serve individuals as they transition throughout all the phases of their lives. The Arc of Essex County offers a variety of different levels and types of services throughout an individual?s lifespan. Our goal is to empower individuals to actively participate at every level in our community and provide assistance to live fuller, more independent lives. This is accomplished with dignity, care, compassion and respect.
