The Empowerment Center The Empowerment Center is compassionately dedicated to helping women who suffer from substance abuse to restore their dignity and quality of life. Our nonprofit organization empowers women to build a better future through treatment and workforce development in a safe living environment. We believe in the power of recovery to change outlooks, lives and ultimately our community. Marvel Way Complex An affordable, sober living apartment complex for individuals and families, supporting homeless or financially challenged individuals in recovery. The Marvel Way Complex is the first of its kind in Nevada, modeled after affordable, recovery-focused housing projects in other states. The complex will provide on-site support services, twelve-step meetings, and a sober mindset for long-term living in our community. The long-term housing option ensures that individuals leaving any of our communityâs treatment centers never have to return to previous, toxic living environments where alcohol and drug abuse are a part of daily life.
