The Online Auction will run through March 7th at 7pm with the Live Auction to follow at the Anchors Aweigh Benefit at the Balboa Bay Resort*

 

*All items will be avaible for mobile bidding. The Live Auction bidding will close at our benefit on March 7th with proxy bidding accepted. All proceeds benefit the Newport Harbor Educational Foundation which supports NHHS student programs. Online Auction Winning Item Pick Up and Delivery Options 

PICKUP: Winning items are available for pick up at NHHS on the following dates:

March 12th and March 13th 10-2pm in the NHEF Foundation office (near ASB windows, near senior parking lot on 15th across from St. Andrews)

SHIPPING: Out of area items can be shipped. Gift Cards will be shipped complimentary. All other items may be shipped for a fee and will be charged at the close of auction.  Please contact us if you would like items shipped.

AUCTION RULES:

By bidding, each bidder agrees to these auction rules:

*All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. We cannot refund due to Covid restrictions set forth by any donation or company. 
*All items are as is. The NHHS Silent Auction Committee has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and, in no event, shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
*The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify the amount of deduction.
*Payment for items purchased must be made in full on the night of the auction to the cashier or online via credit card. NHEF accepts cash, all major credit cards, or a check made payable to NHEF. 
*Following payments, winners may pick up purchases in the NHEF Office. You must show your paid receipt for items to be picked up.
*Items must be picked up at the NHEF Office by purchaser. NHEF will not incur any shipping and delivery fees on behalf of purchaser or be responsible for items not picked by 3/22/25.
*For shipped items, a shipping charge will be added to the winning bidder?s amount owed. This shipping charge will be calculated after the close of the auction once the shipping process commences and you will be contacted regarding the extra amount if it is over $10. The shipping of larger items (i.e. gift baskets) may add a significant cost to your final amount. Please be aware of that before placing your bid.
*NHEF reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
*Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction.
*Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from NHEF, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
