This cooking class, with chef Kathryn Diamond Camp is a two part class for up to four people. The first session will take place in early spring. Kathryn will share her recipe for dandelion jam. The class will cover harvesting tips, techniques for creating jams and marmalades, and essentials of home canning. Part two will take place during fall harvest. A variety of edible flowers from Kathryn's organic garden featured, including nasturtiums, pansies, marigolds, and other floral surprises. You will learn how to make several recipes, and take home recipes for your own "bouquet brunch." Both classes will be held in Kathryn's home.
