Item Special Note

The Peabody Hotel overnight is for a one-night stay in deluxe accommodations. It must be taken before June 24, 2008 and is contingent upon room availability and is non-transferable.

The meeting with Mr. Geller is contingent upon his and the winner's schedules and must be completed by June 2008 at a location agreeable to both.
