Explore by canoe 13 miles of the scenic and historic Lehigh River with your personal guide, Tom Kerr. The past Executive Director of the Wildlands Conservancy, no one knows the river like Tom, and this downhill section will provide a gentle and easy ride, ideal for paddlers of any age or skill level, including none!
Your trip will include stops at various islands along the way to learn about the natural and cultural history of this extraordinary and beautiful river, and to watch for an assortment of birds and other wildlife.
Item Special Note
Date to be scheduled between high bidder and donor at a mutually-agreeable day. This full-day trip is limited to six individuals. Includes lesson. Participants will be required to bring a pack lunch and water, dress appropriately for the weather, and bring binoculars, camera and any other personal items for a day outdoors. All equipment provided.
