The 4 sessions will take place in a private, one-on-one studio on state-of-the-art strength training equipment. Exercises are performed consecutively with no rest until the workout is completed. This makes training sessions extremely intense, so it is crucial that they also be brief and infrequent. The average training session lasts approximately 12- 15 minutes - and is only performed 1-3 times a week. By making your muscles larger and stronger, you will in turn:
