The historic Peabody Bradford House was built in 1760 by a great grandson of William Bradford, Governor of Plymouth Colony. It has been hosted by the Powell family for the last quarter century. In 1898 it was enlarged and now has three attractive guest rooms with comfortable twin beds, and a separate sitting room for reading, conversation, or tv. A continental breakfast is served each morning in the dining room.
