Enjoy the spice of life with friends over traditional Creole & Cajun dishes, blending French, Spanish, French Caribbean, African, and American influences. Your feast will be prepared from host Josephine and Michael Battiste’s old family recipes. The “Chefs Battiste” will cook dinner for you and your friends (any party size from 6 to 16 people) in their Long Beach home—an ideal setting for home entertaining. Dinner will include a traditional jambalaya, hearty gumbo, and spicy red beans & rice. Top off the evening with some delectable bourbon balls!
