In July 2002, Jeffrey Sugarman MD started his practice as a solo physician. He was later joined by Albert Peng MD, Khanh Nichols MD, Angela Wyble PA-C and Heather Lowe PA-C. The practice also offers the services of two estheticians, Carrie Link and Shawnie Easton. In August 2006 we opened a satellite office in Ukiah which allows us to help the patients from northern and coastal areas without such a long drive.
Together we strive to be leaders in management of skin health and skin disease by providing the highest level of care, and offering outstanding service. Our providers are committed to clinical, professional, ethical, and academic excellence through active engagement in ongoing medical education, sensitivity to our patients' needs, and community service.
We accept most insurances and are happy to have our billing company bill them provided we have your current insurance information on file. Please remember if your plan includes a copay it is your responsibility to pay that at the time you are seen. This is a requirement of your insurance company.
If there is any question as to whether we are a contracted provider with your company, we urge you to call the member services number listed on your card.
HOURS
The Santa Rosa office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00pm by appointment.
Ukiah location is open on Fridays only from 8:30-4:30.
