Item Description
24"x30" tissue and paint on canvas
This mural style work is by Mrs. Coffee's talented Third Grade class. A seascape of paint and tissue paper layering seemed the perfect way to capture the spirit of Mexican mural artist Diego Rivera.
World famous, Rivera changed the meaning of art by painting murals in public spaces. He saw the public wall as the perfect place to express his deep respect for both the common people of Mexico and for the working class people around the world.
Put this wonderful creation in a public place for everyone to see and make your young artist smile.
Item Special Note
All NPS Student Art will be on display in the Katzen Center beginning April 4.
