Experience fabulous Jamaican cuisine as you sip cool drinks and dine at a serene tropical setting on Cedar Lake. Authentic Jamaican dishes will be created for you by talented chef JoPat Curtis and her husband, Toney, owners of the popular "Whistling Bird Cafe and Bar" in northern Minnesota. Throughout the night we'll jam once again to the fabulous reggae beat of "Steady Rock Sound Syndicate" and the cool vibes of General Moses, aka LCS parent Brad Klein. And back by popular demand, LCS parent Yvette Trotman will lead those interested in Caribbean dance lessons. You will be introduced to the wonderful dances of Reggae, Calypso, Soca and Merengue.
