Item Description
24"x24" paint on canvas
Who needs recess when you can paint? Mrs. Downs' First Graders went into action to create their Jackson Pollock-esque works. Employing Pollock's famous technique of "action painting," the children collaboratively flicked, dripped and dropped paint onto a canvas laid on the floor.
The First Graders have certainly captured this spirit in their abstract work, ready to make their statement in your home. We see how much paint went onto the canvas and we are left to wonder...how much went onto Ms. Marshall?
Item Special Note
All NPS Student Art will be on display in the Katzen Center beginning April 4.
