Every bottle of wine in this 18-bottle vertical is a “Grand Cru” from rare and sacred real estate in Burgundy, France. This lot features four aged Burgundies from the most expensive producer in Burgundy—Domaine de la Romanee-Conti, including the impossible-to-find crowning jewel of the DRC vineyards, Romanee-Conti.

If Bordeaux is the “Queen” of all the world’s wines, then Burgundy is the “King.”

This lot also features four bottles of “Musigny” – the rarest and most valuable vineyard in Chambolle-Musigny produced by the finest of the Musigny producers, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogue.

The American movie “Sideways” has brought new attention to the Pinot Noir grape, labeled the “most sensuous” of all wine varietals. Pinot Noir is the grape of Burgundy. These are the finest and rarest Pinot Noirs in the world.

All of these wines have been kept since purchase in a temperature-controlled wine cellar at 55°.
