Item Description

For one day, you and three friends can assume the life of a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Agent.  ISTP parent and real life DEA Agent Amie Clarke and one of her colleagues from the San Francisco office will turn you into “one of their own”, giving you the opportunity to live out a fantasy only seen in movies like Traffic, Narc, or A Man Apart. Although most agents are trained at the DEA Academy in Quantico, Virginia, you will have your very own training right here in the Bay Area.

After basic safety and firearms instruction on various weapons used by the DEA, such as a Glock pistol, Rock River machine gun, and a shotgun, you will then use these weapons at target practice. Like other DEA trainees, you will shoot from 3 to 25 years in a standing, kneeling, and prone positions, as well as learn other tactical maneuvers.

You will top off your training session by participating in a real practice raid, where you will have to apprehend and handcuff “suspects.”  To prepare you for this role, you will be provided with raid training videos beforehand.

Due to federal restrictions, Agent Clarke cannot bring actual samples of drugs that are routinely seized, but will bring other materials as well as answer any questions you have regarding the DEA and it’s workings.

Firing range site will be determined based on date the training session is scheduled.  All participants will receive an official DEA hat and t-shirt.  Also includes a full picnic lunch.

Targets (not live!) will be provided!
