This process is designed for businesses who have sales operations in a business to business (vs. over-the-counter) profesional sales environment. It would be appropriate for, but not limited to, professional services, accounting, legal, manunfacturing and other commercial and high technology companies. Company leadership/decision makers should be within a 2-3 hour drive of Cincinnati. The service includes up to 16 hours pre-work by our consultants, up to 1 day on-site (within 2-3 hours of Cincinnati) for interviews , up to 16 hours of analysis and creation of a summary presentation, and the presentation of findings and recommendations to the company leadership.
