Dinner for two at the Viet-Cafe donated by Lan Tran Cao, owner and chef. Viet Café is the first restaurant to open in Manhattan which is owned by a native and working Vietnamese chef who specializes in the country's three distinct regional cuisines: North, South and Central Vietnamese.

Tip not included. VietCafé, located at 345 Greenwich Street in Manhattan, serves traditional Vietnamese cuisine in a contemporary setting, featuring authentic dishes from North, South and Central Viet Nam, prepared with both French and Chinese influences that date back some 2,000 years. Gallery Viet Nam is adjacent to VietCafé, and restaurant guests are always welcome to stroll through the space and regard the works of some of Viet Nam's most distinguished artists.
