Item Description
Andrea Millette is currently the Chair of the Photography Department of Antonelli College in downtown Cincinnati. She has been a full time instructor in the Photography Department of the school since 1998. She received her BFA in photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 1994. While living and working in Cincinnati, she has held many solo exhibitions as well as taken part in numerous group exhibitions throughout the area. Route 1, Indiana is an image from her exhibition Plastic is Fantastic that was held at the Deogracias Lerma Photography Gallery in the fall of 2005. The series was created with a Holga camera equipped with a Polaroid back. The Polaroid negatives were then contacted in the darkroom onto traditional photographic silver gelatin paper.
