Item Description
Introudctory workout for slow protocol weight training. The workout consists of lifting relatively light weights very slowly and with strict adherence to form in order to bring the muscle to fatigue in a controlled and coached environment. The regular workouts take twenty minutes twice a week. The introductory workout donated for this event will take you through the workout so you can determine whether this intense training is right for you.
