Item Special Note
I'm currently in a windowless cell, twenty-four hours a day with no view to the outside world, not even sunlight, with next to nothing. My only valuable possessions are a pen-filler, blank white paper and a handful of jelly beans. My imagination is the most important. One must never stop loving. Always stand strong through hard times and believe always, no matter how hard today may seem, tomorrow will be a brighter day. Not just in prison, but also in the real world beyond these walls. The rose I draw symbolizes obstacles in life we face. Pain, hurt, loneliness, disappointments. Still it blooms beautifully. Life is beautiful and can possess many thorns, but I believe if a person doesn't give up these special gifts life gives us to survive, the most difficult times, tomorrow can be brighter.
