Item Special Note
My pieces was inspired by the patriotic feelings I still have for my country, though I've been outcast by it. The fire truck is a memorial to all who have, and will, give their all, even life, to protect and help others. The eagle is a symbol of freedom and hope and majesty. The flag, well, it has and always will wave and it tells the world that you can't destroy something so great. It was done on a recycled piece of paper - very recycled - I used ball point pens and colored pencils. My materials are synonymous with the Twin Towers if you think about it. I took something that was destroyed and used it again for something new.
