Item Description

With depth, intensity and vibrant clarity, Rain Coat radiates exuberant color hues characteristic of the aquatint etchings printmaker Dan Allison pioneered in the 80's, colors which continue to light up the fashion scene today. This luminous ltd ed (18/37) aquatint measures 28"(h) x22"(w) in a black wood frame under glass (image size: 22" x 17").

Texas native Dan Allison has established an international reputation for printmaking that places him in a rarefied league of 20th century print artists. His works are included in major museum and private collections throughout the world. Allison is co-founder of the "Artist Rescue Mission" Sarajevo project and a founding board member of Art Lies Magazine.
