Item Description
Karen Devnew celebrates the rich hues of autumn in her 24" necklace, Foliage Dance. Composed of vintage coral glass beads from the Deco period, with deep amber colored glass rondelles, the piece is accented with etched silver-plated spacer beads, with a toggle closure.
Karen Devnew a life-long collector of beads, baubles and buttons, has returned to jewelry making after a long hiatus. Her business, Just a Ya Ya, was inspired by Rebecca Wells book, The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood. She creates crowns for all occasions, as well as mobiles for home and garden. Her work is "about color, texture, unique materials and light. Art, whimsy and joy."
