Item Description
Artist/printmaker Mildred Smith finds endless fascination in the infinite configurations of color. In Indian Summer she delights us with abstract, textured and geometric shapes in tones of orange, gold and green -- the subtle, vanishing hues of a cherished Indian Summer.
Indian Summer is an oil etching/monoprint measuring 19"(h) x 18"(w) in a gold metal frame under glass.
Mildred M. Smith is a Cape Cod artist who earned her BA degree in painting at the American University in Washington D.C. She is a board member of the Monotype Guild of New England, the Printmakers of Cape Cod and the Cooperative Gallery X in New Bedford. She is currently workshop coordinator and exhibit chairperson for specific art exhibits and visiting artist presentations for the Printmakers of Cape Cod.
Item Special Note
This item can be shipped via UPS or picked up at the Museum from Nov. 15th - Nov. 19th. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
