Item Description

Artist/printmaker Mildred Smith finds endless fascination in the infinite configurations of color. In Indian Summer she delights us with abstract, textured and geometric shapes in tones of orange, gold and green -- the subtle, vanishing hues of a cherished Indian Summer.

Indian Summer is an oil etching/monoprint measuring 19"(h) x 18"(w) in a gold metal frame under glass.

Mildred M. Smith is a Cape Cod artist who earned her BA degree in painting at the American University in Washington D.C. She is a board member of the Monotype Guild of New England, the Printmakers of Cape Cod and the Cooperative Gallery X in New Bedford.
