Item Description
Not only a quilter, but a quilt storeowner, the artist has immediate access to new fabrics that come on the market. When she saw the Maywood Studio's "Gloria" Americana fabric line, she thought of the Union Quilt. Patriotic symbols create a striking red, white, and blue classic. Simple sashing is used to maintain as much of the fabric art as possible and imitates techniques used on the Union Quilt. Quilt is machine pieced and professionally machine quilted by Jean McDaniel. Dimensions: 54' square.
