- Third and fourth persons are permitted in the same cabin and will be charges the per person tariff per applicable brochure
- Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone at least 25 years old
- Costs of transportation to and from the port of embarkation, hotels, non-discountable amount, taxes, transfers, shore excurions and personal expenses on board (e.g., laundry, certain beverages, phone calls) are not included
- Holland America's Cancellation Protection Plan, Cancellation Protection Plan Platinum, Fly Cruise Plan, overnight hotel accomodations, Pre-and Post-cruise packages are not available with this certificate
- Cancellation after a cruise has been confirmed will result in forfeiture of this certificate
- This certificate is non-commissionable, non-refundable, has no cash redemption value and is non-transferable
- Cannot be re-sold or used as partial payment toward another cruise
- Original certificate must be presented to Holland America with payment of non-discountable amount and taxes to redeem
- No expiration date
- All cruises subject to terms of Holland America Cruise Line and Cruisetour Contract
