  Location of hotels and airports may vary. Not all cities will available for transportation and lodging.
  
  Lodging Restrictions:

  • Redemption card must be submitted to book your trip.
  • Redemption card must be submitted at least 35 days prior to your earliest arrival date.
  • Your request cannot be submitted more than 90 in advance of your arrival date.
  • Resort/hotel nights must be used consecutively.
  • Reservations are subject to availability during holidays, special events, conventions, or heavily booked periods.
  • You will be asked to provide alternate resort/hotel selcetions with dates for each.
  • When you provide three different hotel selections with dates for each, you will be guaranteed a confirmed reservation at one of your selected hotels.
  • You may cancel or changes your confirmed reservation up to 5 days prior to arrival. However, you will be subject to a $25 administrative fee charge.
  • Failure to cancel within the proper time could void your vacation package.
  • At least one member of the party must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Number and ages of children may vary according to local fire code and hotel.
  • If golf/skiing is included, you will receive a voucher at the time your reservation is confirmed.
  • Travel must be complete by July 31, 2005.

    Airline Restrictions:
    • Advance flight reservations are required
    • Tickets expires 10/31/05
    • Valid for two positive space passes for roundtrip transportation between any two cities on Southwest's system
    • Passes cannot be replaced is lost, stolen or destroyed
    • Passenger is responsible for reading and following all rules and regulations of the airline
    • If your travel requires a change of planes, you must use a Transfer Pass
    • In the event of an oversale, travelers on passes who are denied boarding involuntarily are not entitled to compensation
    • Pass is not valid without a Flight Coupon and Passenger reciept
