Eagle Hill School, Summer Program Scholarship
- Item Number
- 33
Item Description
From early July through mid-August, Eagle Hill runs a six-week program for students ages 9-19 who have been diagnosed with specific learning disabilities and/or Attention Deficit Disorder. Consistent with our mission, the Eagle Hill Summer Program is primarily designed to remediate academic and social deficits while maintaining progress achieved during the school year. Electives and sports activities are combined with academic courses to address the needs of the whole person in a camp-like atmosphere. This success-oriented environment gives bright, motivated students the opportunity to flourish. Our summer program is also a great way for students entering the fall program for the first time in September to become acquainted with the campus, the faculty, and their peers. This head start ensures a smooth and successful transition.
