Nikki, a self-taught artist based on the South Shore of Boston, draws inspiration from the naturalbeauty surrounding her—whether from the calm of the coastal waters or the lushness of her garden. Her work masterfully blends abstract elements with realism, capturing the essence of both worlds.
Her signature style features large-scale abstract coastal paintings, often embellished with 24K gold leaf, creating stunning statement pieces that shimmer with a unique energy. Nikki also explores more intimate forms, such as oval and round canvases adorned with sailboat scenes that evoke a sense of serenity and timelessness.
In addition to these, she creates smaller works that layer painted objects with textured materials like designer fabrics, paper, and wallpaper.
