2021 White Burgundy — Maurice Gentilhomme Vineyard, France
White Burgundy, or Bourgogne Blanc, as it is often called, from the Maurice Gentilhomme winery in the Burgundy region of France. Pale yellow colour, with notes of yellow apples, gooseberries, nettles, some tropical fruit and minerals. Fresh taste with pleasant acidity.
2019 Flying Goat Pinot Noir — Solomon Hills Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley, CA
Pinot Noir with a cacophony of aromas, such as plum and cherry, and subtle hints of coffee and red licorice. The palate is very fruity, bright and lean, with spice on the finish. Solomon Hills is a stunning vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley, planted in 1999 and under the stewardship of the Miller Family.
