Item Description
This beautiful set of two 8"x10" prints finds a star constellation within a vegetable! Generously donated by local Moab artist Katrina Lund.
“Onion By Night” is inspired by the classic winter constellation, Orion. He is a hunter with stars marking his belt, sword, club, and shield. Orion is one of the best-known constellations and easy to find with many bright stars.
"I love to illustrate two ideas that don’t normally go together, with the intention of bringing a smile to people’s faces." Katrina Lund is a Moab-based, mostly self-taught artist who works in many mediums, but her favorite is pen & ink combined with watercolors. In addition to being a talented artist, she is a skilled teacher. She was 2015 Moab Community Artist in the Parks.
