Item Special Note
- Timeline: Once the winning bid is placed, timing can be coordinated with the winner. While quality photos of the home can be used, an in-person visit is also an option if the location is nearby. The artwork will typically be completed within a few weeks after the Gala, though the artist can wait until spring to capture more details of the landscape if preferred.
- Framing: Framing is the responsibility of the winning bidder, allowing for a personalized style. The finished sketch will be delivered at the full 8.5x11 size, and can be trimmed to a smaller size as needed.
- Dimensions: The sketch will typically be drawn on 8.5x11 high-quality paper, with the image itself filling approximately 7"x9" depending on the shape of the home. There will be white space around the drawing for framing and matting.
