Ashtanga Beginners Course at Jois Yoga in San Diego, Comprised of 12 Lessons over 4 Weeks.
Regardless of age or ability, beginners are always welcome at Jois Yoga. We work with you, where you are now, and treat every student as an individual.
The best way to learn the Ashtanga Yoga Method is to begin in the Mysore Class. In this class you are taught one on one, starting from the basics and working your way toward a sustainable practice that will be yours forever.
Our teachers are direct students of Paramaguru R Sharath Jois and Pattabhi Jois and have received extensive training and certification at the prestigious Sharath Yoga Centre and KPJAYI Institute in Mysore, India. Our teachers adhere to the traditional teachings and methodology passed down to us through the Jois family lineage.
