Item Description
Here is a framed, set of three different First Day of Issue Henry David Thoreau stamped envelopes from 1967. With the classic stamp designed by American artist Leonard Baskin. Two of the envelopes carry just one stamp, and the bottom one carries a block of four. The frame has scuff marks on it from being moved around in storage over the last decade. Still, it will make a nice addition to any Thoreauvian living room or study. Frame measures about 20 x 11.5 inches.
Item Special Note
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the winning bid. Mailing will be done from the Shop at Walden Pond. Personal pickup would be encouraged, too.
