About this space
Near Ski Slopes + Beautiful Views | High Noon Chalet
The space
Luxury meets livability in the stunning High Noon Chalet. The 4-bedroom residence is conveniently located close to the ski slopes, hiking and biking trails, the Yampa River for fishing and tubing and the local tennis and pickleball center. Contemporary decor with rustic, mountain touches and modern amenities create the perfect retreat for a family vacation in the Colorado Rockies.

The main living area is on the second level of the home. A spacious, sleek kitchen makes cooking enjoyable, and the center island makes prepping and serving easy. There’s plenty of seating for everyone to gather around for a meal with four barstools at the island and a dining table that seats eight.

A gas fireplace is the focal point of the comfortable living room. For fresh air and fabulous views, step out to the long deck that extends the length of the home and lounge on the outdoor seating or enjoy al fresco dining at the table for four.

One of the home's bedrooms is on the main level off of the kitchen. It features a luxurious king bed with TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower.

The upper level houses the remaining three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom that is a retreat in itself. Escape to this sanctuary with a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, desk, ceiling fan and deck with views of the Yampa Valley. There’s a large walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite bath with double vanity and extra-large steam shower.

Down the hall is a bunk room that will delight all the children in the group. There are three twin-over-twin bunks, each with its own light, outlet and shelf. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The home’s third king bedroom has an ensuite bath with single vanity and shower.

For guests’ convenience, there is a laundry closet on the upper level with a stackable washer and dryer.

The entrance to the home is on the lower level, through the front door or 2-car garage. As you enter, you’ll find ample space for outdoor clothing, shoes and gear in the mudroom.

And while the adults in the group are enjoying conversation upstairs in the main living area, send the kids to the fun family room on the lower level, perfect for playing games and watching movies. There’s a wet bar with a beverage fridge and dishwasher. Also on the lower level is a bathroom with shower and a laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer.
