Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable. Certificates cannot be resold or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Ground transportation is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

The winning bidders will have their credit card on file charged by October 28. All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid. You will be contacted within 10 business days to determine how you will receive your item.

Items are available for pick up at the Alumni Center no earlier than November 4 and no later than Nov. 27. All shipments will be sent by December 1.

$5 ground shipping for certificates and gift cards that are not picked up (tracking will be provided).
