Aunt DebÂÂs Farm Bundle Included in the Farm Bundle are fruits of Deb and JoeÂÂs 8-acre farm outside of Auburn: o One half-pint Fig and Orange Jam featuring figs from our fig tree, picked and made into jam by us. Delicious over Brie as an appetizer. Jimmy Dunn worked alongside me this year making this. o One half-pint Blackberry Jam from local berries and made in our kitchen with the help of our granddaughters. o One half-pint Raspberry Jam from local berries and made in our kitchen. o One bottle of 2021 Glenora Regent Red Wine from the grapes grown on our farm, turned into wine by our local chemistry teacher (really). Bobby Mac helped put up the necessary bird netting to keep the flickers and raccoons out. o One bottle of 2023 Glenora Red Wine, grapes harvested by septuagenarians teetering on ladders. o One two-pound package organic, grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef from our 8 acres. o One sirloin tip roast from a heifer not named but treated humanely, also organic, grass-fed, and grass finished. o One loaf of healthy sourdough bread made with organic Spelt and Rye flours. o One fire bundle of aged wood for your evening fire pit. The wood comes from storms knocking trees down on our fences, another reason we are retiring from farming. We hope you enjoy using the products of our work.
