Item Special Note

Valid for a variety of locations and dates throughout the year. Subject to availability. Availability depends on the resort you choose. Book early for best availability. Low availability during peak seasons. Some resorts charge a mandatory resort fee due at check-in. Must book vacation within 12 months of purchase. Vacation is non-refundable and fully transferable. You'll contact the vacation provider directly to select dates and book the vacation.

The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all local resort taxes and fees, and miscellaneous expenses, where applicable. Please note that many resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America have mandatory all-inclusive fees paid locally at the resort. These fees are outside of Odenza’s control. Please ask your travel agent if you are interested in an all-inclusive resort. Once reservations are confirmed, an Odenza service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the hotel, airline or travel service provider, if applicable. Each traveler is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents for each country they visit including but not limited to a passport and travel visas. If you are travelling outside your country of residence Odenza recommends all travelers have a passport valid at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. For your protection Odenza always recommends the purchase of travel insurance.
