Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.
Winner will receive a one-week stay at 1703 Shipmaster at Shipmaster Plantation on Hilton Head Island from Saturday, August 17- Saturday, August 24, 2024.
1703 Shipmaster is a wonderfully appointed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. This dog-friendly vacation home offers an open-concept floor plan, wood flooring on the first floor, cable TV throughout and a private patio with a flat top propane grill.
The living area features comfortable furnishings and a large Smart TV, as well as access to the patio through sliding doors. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the galley-style kitchen has stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of counter and cabinet space.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a day bed with a twin trundle, TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
This property has 2 parking spots in front of the townhome. 2 car passes max. Passes will be included.
This property allows 1 well-behaved dog, under 25lbs.
$250 beach gear credit included. Housekeeping included.
Shipmaster Hilton Head Island rentals are only a leisurely 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. Or a 2-minute car ride! This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
