Item Description
In this 1.5 hour session in person in her TriBeCa Office or on Zoom, Shaman Elizabeth Clemants will lead you on a journey by helping to identify those parts in ourselves that prevent us from being more intentional about the way we live our lives. She is able to set into motion changes in the energetic system, which will begin to unfold for a period of time after the session.
Elizabeth practices a form of shamanism called the Northern Way, which is based on her own ancestral lineage. This form of shamanism comes from the region now known as Scandinavia but the practice began thousands of years ago, before Christianity reached the region until its near extinction at the end of the Viking Age. In modern times, there has been a revival of both shaman practice and the Northern Way. Elizabeth has been taught by many healers from multiple cultural backgrounds including Quechuan, Mayan, Cuban, Native American, Shipibo, Hmong, South Asian, and African. As is true for all shaman, Elizabeth has developed over the last decade her own medicine.
