All reservations are subject to availability. No blackout dates. It is recommended that all booking requests be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance. This is a members-only resort collection. Holiday fees may apply during travel weeks within seven days of a holiday.

Package is valid for a Grand Mayan and Mayan Palace Master Room, which sleeps two adults and two children, twelve and under. Additional charges will apply for guests amount exceeding the limit.

Resort taxes and Resort fees, meals, room incidentals, airfare and ground transportation are not included and are the responsibility of the redeemer. Estimated room tax is approximately $9/day. $77 resort fee is paid at the time of booking. Nuevo Vallarta and Cancun-Riviera Maya locations will include one-way airport to resort transportation services.

Concierge & Booking services included. Upgrades to One and Two Bedroom suites may be available at the time of booking at a discounted rate and are based on availability. Package must be used within one stay. There are no refunds for nights that go unused/redeemed.

Fees will apply if package is transferred or extended. Package expires 18 months from the charity event date and must be booked within 12 months. Your check-in date must be within 18 months of the event date. 

Redemption voucher certificates and/or booking codes should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable.
