Item Description

The COTE Steak Omakase is executive chef David Shim’s hand-selected tasting of seven USDA prime and wagyu cuts including rare Japanese A5 wagyu from Japan. This is the ultimate steak tasting for any seasoned connoisseur, grilled tableside and paired with select Korean accompaniments. Beverage pairings arranged by award-winning beverage director Victoria James.

Michelin-starred COTE, the carnivorous vision of proprietor Simon Kim, blends the dining experience of Korean Barbeque together with the hallmarks of a classic American Steakhouse. The result is a unique, convivial and interactive atmosphere,
