About the artist: Steve Kaufman (1960-2010), American pop artist, fine artist, sculptor, stained glass artist, filmmaker, photographer and humanitarian. He entered the world of art when he became an assistant to Andy Warhol at the Factory studio Nicknamed “SAK” by Warhol, Kaufman executed pieces such as a 144-foot long canvas that he took on tour across the country.
