Item Description

From a pruned branch of a stately macadamia nut tree which thrives in Kalaheo on Dave and Cathy Reando's property, woodworker Ray has turned a beautiful 5 3/4" x 3" bowl. Macadamia wood has a distinctive and intriguing grain structure. Picture it being used as a pupu bowl filled with macadamia nuts. Its mesmerizing pattern will be a welcomed addition to any gathering. This piece could be used decoratively or as a functional piece.

The heart of the master is felt in every stroke onto the wood.
