This item is a fine art print by Kaua'i artist Carol Meckling. What ideas is the artist attempting to convey to us? Is the ghostly hand receiving starburst "gifts" from the turquoise sky? How do the muted red, geometric shapes interact with the receiver? These and other questions can be answered individually by each observer.
The fine art image has been printed on metal and mounted on bamboo. The work measures 9" x 16 3/4" overall.
Carol Meckling, a Kaua'i artist and gallery owner, is a fine art painter who strives to capture through her art the unique aliveness she experiences every day living on Kaua'i. Creating art that reignites your awe for the natural world. Carol's art helps you remember your own divine nature by connecting you with the ocean and all its creatures, the land, Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ALOHA.
