The "Eucalyptus" Necklace is inspired by the gentle calm and beauty that eucalyptus leaves bring, each piece is created with a peaceful energy in mind. The necklace is light and feminine, creating a sense of uplift with its minimalist design. Each detailed leaf shimmers subtly and remind us of summer light bouncing in a calm breeze. The colourful leaves are handmade porcelain pieces by collaborating artist, Alejandra Vera.

Le collier « Eucalyptus » est inspiré du calme et de la douce beauté des feuilles de l’eucalyptus. Chaque pièce est créée avec cette énergie paisible en tête. Le collier est simple et féminin, inspirant de par son minimalisme. Chaque feuille détaillée brille discrètement et rappelle la lumière de l’été quand elle rebondit sur la brise légère. Le feuillage coloré est fait de porcelaine à la main, en collaboration avec l’artiste Alejandra Vera.

Chayle completed her BFA at NSCAD University, specializing in metalsmithing, printmaking, and book arts. After graduation, she worked in the jewellery industry as a goldsmith, taught jewellery at the Ottawa School of Art, and completed artist residencies at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Sparkbox Studio, and Art Engine. Her artist jewellery has been exhibited nationally and internationally in juried shows. Currently, she is owner and designer of “Chayle Jewellery Studio”, established 2013 in Ottawa.

Chayle a obtenu son baccalauréat en beaux-arts à l’Université NSCAD, où elle s’est spécialisée en métallurgie, en gravure et en livres d’art. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme, elle a travaillé dans l’industrie de la bijouterie en tant qu’orfèvre, a enseigné la bijouterie à l’École d’art d’Ottawa et a effectué des résidences d’artiste à l’Estonian Academy of Arts, au Sparkbox Studio et à Art Engine. Ses bijoux d’artiste ont été exposés à l’échelle nationale et internationale dans le cadre d’expositions avec jury. Elle est actuellement propriétaire et conceptrice au « Chayle Jewellery Studio », établi en 2013 à Ottawa.
