Significant research has shown the power of ketamine therapy to recalibrate brain chemistry and heal a range of mental health concerns. For those who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma (big or small), burnout/chronic stress, postpartum mental health, chronic pain and / or fibromyalgia or are simply seeking personal / spiritual growth, ketamine can be the portal through which you access the inner healer and sage within you. At Soft Reboot Wellness -- a ketamine therapy sanctuary in the heart of Silicon Valley (right here in Menlo Park) -- you will encounter a process that allows you to gain access to your unconscious, deeper self. During our normal waking life, we have barriers and defense mechanisms that serve to push away unpleasant or intolerable memories, emotions and phobias feelings we repress and store in our subconscious where we can't readily access them. Ketamine can break down those barriers and open a door to the unconscious. With the right support, a personalized ketamine experience can produce deep, meaningful, transformational experiences.

As an introduction to this process, we offer a package of four (4) two-hour, in-office Ketamine Therapy sessions with Dr. Sara Herman in her Soft Reboot Wellness Menlo Park office. Dr. Sara personally provides all clinical services related to the administration and monitoring of ketamine therapy. The experience is akin to being in a dreamlike state. Old memories and thoughts will just come to surface in your mind, as the music amplifies and transforms some of the emotions you might be feeling while you explore the deeper layers of your subconscious mind. We will pair you with a psychedelic coach to be your partner and virtual support during the preparation and integration phases. You will connect with them before and after each transformative ketamine session, exploring what was seen and felt in a way that allows for personal discovery and growth. Treatments may only be used by one adult. The prospective client will be screened for medical and psychiatric conditions that would be contraindications to receiving ketamine therapy (i.e., uncontrolled high blood pressure, active mania and/or history of psychosis). Treatments should be spaced a few days to one week apart. First treatment must be booked by June 1, 2023; all treatments must be used by March 15, 2024.
