Private Wine Class for 20 at any location WITH A PRIVATE CLASSROOM - please call your local Total Wine & More prior to bidding (or feel free to "ask a question about this item" and the Auction Manager will call for you.        Expires:   9/16/24

Treat your friends, family, and fellow wine lovers to a private wine tasting for up to 20 people in the classroom of our store.

Rules:

• Four weeks lead time required from request date of event.
• Tasting amounts vary by state law but will not be more than 2oz per wine.
• Certificate will cover up to 20 guests.  In most states, you may add more attendees for $30 per person, subject to the room's maximum capacity and the limitations of state and local law.  If you are interested in adding more attendees, please contact the store Manager.
• Minimum attendee requirement is 14
• Total Wine and More does not provide food for Redeemed Private Tastings.  Where allowed by state and local law, catered food prepared outside of the store is permitted in the classroom.
• Classes cannot be held on holiday weekends or during the last 7 weeks of the year.
• Certificates are valid for in-store redemption only, and not redeemable for cash or product.
• Wines included in packages cannot be substituted or modified.
• The purchase of alcohol for the purpose of consumption or tasting while in the classroom is not permitted.

Total Wine & More will host an event that is certain to impress you and your guests. Enjoy a tour of the land and learn about the famed appellations and grape varietals that make each region so unforgettable. Taste a variety of our premium, hand-selected wines and discover hidden treasures from the wine region of your choosing. One of our wine experts will present and discuss each delicious wine during your two hour class, which can be arranged as a seated class-style or more casual walk-around event. Total Wine & More will provide all necessary stemware and educational handouts for tasting notes.

Item Special Note

Auction begins October 1, 2022 and ends October 28, 2022 at 10 pm EST.

All winning bidders will receive an email on Friday, October 28th after the Auction closes at 10:00pm with details for item pick up or delivery which is planned for Sat October 29th and Sun October 30th.  

Winners who have not picked up items after October 30th will be contacted by a Save a Pet Society volunteer to make alternate arrangements for pick up or mailing/shipping options.   Winners will be responsible for all mail or shipping fees based on USPS First Class rates.  Items that cannot be shipped due to fragility and/or size will be noted in the ITEM DESCRIPTION detail.

All payments for winning bids will be processed on Saturday, October 29th.   If any shipping charges need to be applied, they will be processed separately.
